What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking an Assistant to the Associate Deans to support the mission and vision of the University within the College of Arts and Sciences (A&S) by providing broad, complex, and confidential support for the Associate Deans of the Undergraduate Studies division of the A&S Dean's Office. Dean's Office. The areas represented are degree certification and curriculum management, student success, enrollment management, and strategic initiatives. As part of this support the Assistant to Associate Deans will work with the directors they supervise.

A High School Diploma and three years of relevant work experience is required. A Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience is preferred.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Assist the Office of Degree Certification & Curriculum Management
  • Assisting with Enrollment Management Initiatives and Activities
  • Providing office coverage from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and general administrative support
  • Assisting with Student Success
  • Assisting with Strategic Initiatives
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
  • Ability to comply with University policies.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
